DOSAGE

Take 2ml (40 drops) in cold liquid such as water or juice,  3 times daily before meals.

Chamomile; used for centuries to calm an upset stomach or to help with sleep.
Peppermint; another commonly used herb for digestive problems including heartburn, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), cramps of the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract and bile ducts, upset stomach, diarrhea, and gas.
Dandelion traditional used for loss of appetite, upset stomach, gas. Commonly used in digestive tonic to assist in digestive health.
Fennel; traditionally used for colic, gas, and heartburn.  Commonly used in digestive tonic to help rebuild the digestive system.
Gentian; traditionally used for digestion problems such as loss of appetite, fullness, intestinal gas, diarrhea, gastritis, heartburn, and vomiting.
Golden Seal may assist digestive disorders including stomach pain and swelling (gastritis),  diarrhea, constipation, and intestinal gas.
Marshmallow, not the sweet sugary stuff from the confectionery isle. Marshmallow is a planet traditionally used for inflammation of the lining of the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, urinary tract issues.
