Returns Policy
Purchases within Australia
Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 7 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, to ensure the purity of our products we do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.
You must contact us for any items that need to be returned. Returns that are not authorized may experience delays in processing.
Returns that are received with proper authorization will have the option of a refund, exchange for product of equal value, be issued with a Credit Voucher of equal value to be used against a future purchase. You will be liable to pay shipping for return of any unwanted products, on any exchanged product or future purchases.
Refunds will be processed to the same a nominated bank to be supplied by purchaser and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd for your records.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except where an error by Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd.
Purchases outside of Australia
Returns from countries other than Australia are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as Returns from Australia.
Refunds to countries other than Australia: due to the high cost of bank transfers to non Australian bank accounts, charged by financial institutes, no refund will be given to purchases less than A$100.00. Any fees charged by financial institutes will be deducted from refund unless where an error by Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd
Damaged In Transit
We take extreme care to ensure the goods are packaged securely to arrive in excellent condition. Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 2 business days after receipt of your delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please return the box, packing materials, and the damaged items to Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
Allergic Reactions
It is always important to use products as directed on the label, but in the extreme shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact your Health Practitioner.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Spectrum Herbal Pty Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
