Description

Spectrum Herbal PMT Support contains natural herbs traditionally used to aid relief of pre-menstrual symptoms and general period pains as well as helping to maintain normal menstrual functions. These herbs aid in assisting the management of irregular periods, pre-menstrual tension and management of pain associated with menstrual cramps and pre-menstrual breast pain.

DOSAGE

1ml (20 drops) in cold liquid such as water or juice,  4 times daily.

Paeonia, Chaste Tree, Chamomile, Couch Grass, Dandelion Root and Dong Quai, Ethanol, Purified Water.

Herbs Traditional use

Paeonia menstrual cramps, polycystic ovary syndrome, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and for starting menstruation
Chaste Tree; lowers prolactin and raises progesterone. For some women, this alone will improve symptoms. Chaste tree extract has been used to manage symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and cyclic breast pain.
Chamomile; Because this herb is also a nervine and mild sedative it may help to reduce stress, relax the nervous system and induce a restful state in the body. This can be very useful when experiencing menstrual cramping accompanied by anxiety and irritability.
Couch Grass: helpful for inflammation, fever, and water retention.
Dandelion Root;  Rich in Antioxidants, Strengthens Bones, Promotes Skin Health, High in Fiber
Dong Quai; traditionally used to help to reduce menstrual cramps, poor circulation. It has both analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Dong Quai is also a hormonal balancing herb.
